From the trailhead on Hill Road in Margaretville, we will have a nice spring walk to the lookout over the reservoir. On the way we will pass a bog which is only 700+ years old. At the lookout, you can see the way we hiked up the hill and the Pepacton Reservoir in the distance.

From Margaretville head North/West on SR 28 about 2 miles. Turn Left at the old School House, then immediately left again for .3 miles. Turn right onto Huckleberry Rd. for .3 miles and take the left onto Hill Road. Trailhead Parking Area 1.5 miles on the right.
